About the presenter
Sreekanth Tadipatri has been a practitioner of software development, software quality assurance, and project management for over 12 years. Based in Bangalore, India, Mr. Tadipatri has helped more than 50 projects and 100 distributed teams transform themselves by adopting agile. During his coaching engagements, he has experimented with introducing Kanban to agile teams. Mr. Tadipatri can be reached at email@example.com.
Traditional Agile processes don't have a systematic framework for managing project requirement risk. Project risk management is instead delegated to Product Owners and ScrumMasters to be managed implicitly. Unfortunately, when risk is not made visible it is handled in an ad-hoc manner.
Kanban uses a "class of service" framework to manage work items. In this webinar, Sreekanth Tadipatri will explain how this concept can be used to identify and manage sources of risk in your project This framework can be applied in both Kanban and Scrum projects.
This webinar is a preview of the talk Sreekanth will be giving at the Lean Software and Systems Conference 2011 to be held at Long Beach, CA, May 3 to May 6. If you are interested in learning more about lean and kanban, then you should check out this conference.
